Blurry picture and slow buffering on Apple TV app

I have the apple tv app on my 4k ultra HD smart tv but when watching anything through the Apple TV app the picture is all blurry and the buffering is slow.

I can watch every other app - Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc, etc…. and

I have great Internet so no nonsense about internet issues!!!

Obviously, based on the amount of customers that have tried the service and have the same problem, Apple TV is not fit for purpose!!

What is your model smart TV, that has the Apple TV app?

Have you checked for system software updates? Is it on the latest version?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app?

Have you tried clearing caches?

What is your country or country-like region? (Out-of-region access might connect you to a less efficient CDN.)
