Refresh button missing in Firefox

I have latest Firefox browser - how do I refresh a page without using keyboard - there used to be a refresh button but now gone - how do I get it back?

My version of Firefox 134.0 has the refresh button on the toolbar by default. It has always been there on older versions too.

It should still be there…

Open Firefox > View > Toolbar > Custom Toolbar… and drag it in.
