MacBook Pro 2022 M2 Restarting Issue

Apple Restarting Issue:

A. Create a New Administrator User:

For troubleshooting purposes only, create a new Administrator user, and see if you get this issue. If so, then it is an issue with the entire Mac. If not, then it is an issue with the current user.

B. Take to an AASP:

Apple didn't see anything. But where exactly are you touching this when this occurs? If there is any lumping on the bezel or case, then there may be a corroding battery. You may want to take it to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider), and see what they have to say on this. It almost seems the bezel or case is impressing on the power button (wherever so).
