Wrong time stamp for voice mail

I have an iPhone 13. When people leave a voice mail, the time stamp is incorrect. When I rang the carrier to get this corrected, they told me I need to change this in my phone settings, however, I don't know where to find this in the settings of the phone and I can't seem to find anything related to this on the internet. Can anyone help me change this setting.

iPhone 13, iOS 18

  1. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
  2. Turn off Set Automatically. Is this setting dimmed?
  3. Change the time zone or the date and time: Tap Time Zone and enter a city with the time zone you need. Or tap the date to change the date and time.
