How can I make Notes app not paste as plain text by default on MacBook Air

How can I make it so that when I paste something in Notes, it always pastes as plain text?

I already know I can use the special keystroke to paste as plain text, but I remember there was a way to change some setting or something to make it so that when I paste with just the normal command V keystroke it would paste plain, specifically within the Notes app. I had it set up that way on my old MacBook.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Settings, keyboard, keyboard shortcuts, select Notes, type in Paste and Match Style, and enter the command V keystroke. Now when I paste something into Notes, it shows up in the note as plain text, no matter how it looked in wherever I found it.

Mod: Why did you edit my title? I meant to ask how TO paste as plain text, not how NOT to.

Also, btw, how can I find my posts later? I looked in my profile but didn't see them.
