i'm need to unregister my airtag using mac, because i've get sold my iphone first and then get sold the airtag but not unregister it from my Apple Account but i have a mac

You can't by using a Mac as Apple has not provided this capability to unpair their AirTags. One option would be to use a friend's or relative's iPhone, and log into that phone with your Apple Account. You can then remove the tag fro the Find My app on that phone.
Alternately, you can contact Apple Support directly, but I'm pretty sure they will provide you with the same answer I gave you. Regardless, you can contact them by selecting the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
