Battery replacement for iPhone below 80% capacity
Is that mandatory to change battery if its dropped below 80% if yes then do we need to surely go to aptronix or any TPA is okay to replace battery?

It's not required to change your iPhone battery when it drops below 80%, but it is definitely recommended. You will start to notice a significant degradation in battery and performance. Eventually your iPhone will face unexpected shutdowns and then stop working.
Be sure to replace your iPhone battery at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider as they have the authentic iPhone batteries.

You would want to have a new battery installed in the next month or two at an Apple Store (make a reservation) or authorized Apple service shop.
Do not allow a non-authorized shop to install a battery.

If you are planning on upgrading in the next year, then save your money and keep using it.
Li Ion (Lithium Ion) batteries are perfectly good at 80% capacity despite claims that suggest otherwise.
While it’s true that Apple won’t replace the battery until it reaches 80% capacity, that’s only recommended if you are planning on keeping your iPhone for many more years.
