My 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip has been crashing on the regular ... but ONLY when I'm in Teams or Zoom. It's so regular that I have had to keep another computer open during meetings as a backup in case my Air shuts down. Clearly a bug. I'm seeing many other posts here about the 2020 M1 Macs and others. Please help!!

How much memory and SSD do you have?
How much SSD is free for virtual memory?
How many other apps are open while using Teams and Zoom?
Are you using the browser version of the desktop version of Teams/Zoom when it crashes?
Do you have the latest versions of Teams and Zoom installed?
Considering both Teams and Zoom are Microsoft products have you queried Microsoft about the issue? Microsoft Support
