Safety/Security wise when saving/downloading images online, I always “Save Image to”, I never use “Download Image” or “Save Image As..."
Which is best between the three options, can spy pixels / tracker pixels or other malware function if you choose to use “Save Image to"

They're both the same from a security perspective. Tracker pixels work when a page is loaded inside the web browser, not inside a downloaded image; they're also very small, and generally aren't what people download individually.

Sorry for being dense, However, I don’t fully understand "... generally aren't what people download individually."
I would be grateful if you could you expand on that. I realise tracker pixels are tiny, some being pixel sized.

Very few people would want to download an image only a pixel in size; if they choose to save the page which contains it as an archive, it'll be downloaded, and may function if they save only the page source.

Ok, in my head I was evaluating the technical semantics between “Save Image" and “Download Image” I knew that I can choose the saved location in both scenarios “Save Image to" and “Download Image”.
However, I was trying to understand if there was any technical differences in the operation between the two terms, besides the path taken and location of resulting file.
So, in essance they are both downloading the image file in the exactly same manner, just offering different paths to execute the download.
If this is true, I thank you and acknowledge your expertise.
