Screen locked up while browsing accessory parts on MacBook Pro

While looking up accessory parts for my truck my screen locked up. I tried another site and it became part of the problem. With my old PC, I could Control, Alt, Delete. But what do I do to clear this problem on the MAC Pro???

If you can get to the Apple menu, you can try Restart. If it's completely locked up, hold down the power button until the Mac turns off. Then you can start it up again and most likely all will be working again.

I'm not clear in your situation. Is the Mac itself completely locked up, or just Safari? If it's just Safari, force-quit it: Apple menu - Force Quit. Then press and hold a Shift key while launching Safari again. That will cause Safari to load in windowed mode (not full screen) with no previously opened windows or tabs. Release the Shift key when Safari opens.

If that still doesn't cover your issue, please post back and clarify exactly what the situation is.

Regards.
