Unable to sign in to the Apple TV app

My apple TV app is not allowing me to sign in, it says Something went wrong, there was a problem connecting, try again

The exact years of introduction of that model is of importance here, as well as the smart platform (Android TV, Fire OS, or other) and its software version. Things that a model number would tell us.

I think the oldest model Panasonic TV that supports the Apple TV app, was from 2017 (4K EZ/EX Series). [Not that old, imho.]


Or maybe you have an external HDMI-connected streaming device with the Apple TV app? Then the make and model of that device would be significant instead, as HDMI devices bypass the smart TV functionality.
