The exact years of introduction of that model is of importance here, as well as the smart platform (Android TV, Fire OS, or other) and its software version. Things that a model number would tell us.
I think the oldest model Panasonic TV that supports the Apple TV app, was from 2017 (4K EZ/EX Series). [Not that old, imho.]
Or maybe you have an external HDMI-connected streaming device with the Apple TV app? Then the make and model of that device would be significant instead, as HDMI devices bypass the smart TV functionality.
What make and model TV is that? Troubleshooting will differ by platform.
Old Panasonic from the 2010's
Yes, thank you, I do have a Roku device. I should have said that from the beginning. I called Apple Support and they helped me reset my Roku so the Apple TV app works again. All is good. Thanks for your suggestions.
It's an old TV. But I was able to access apple TV+ streaming no problem up until last week. I have a subscription but now acts like I don't and I can't sign in.
