Control Center requires password every single time when phone is locked

I have a lot of widgets on control center, Even I want to enable/disable wifi, it needs password to do it when phone is locked. I can't set alarms, i cant use mobile internet, i cant enable/disable bluetooth etc. without password. Every single time i need to enter my password. If i enter password every single time, why we have control center? It is really absurd and annoying.

P.S:Face ID&Password section i allowed access when locked for widgets. Yet i have this silly thing.
