How can I fix my iPhone 15 Pro stuck on Emergency Call?

hello iPhone 15 pro is stuck on critical alerts but won’t shut down when I try to it tries to call emergency call please I need help

Please try a force reset procedure:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
