Ensuring Safety of a Used 2019 iMac Desktop
How to be sure a used mac is safe? I just bought a used iMac. A 2019 iMac desktop.
I did not buy a new iMac yet.

If it was not setup per “What to do be before you sell, give away or donate a Mac” RETURN it ASAP it will never work correctly!!!!!
Never Ever buy a used Mac unless this has been done. That is the very first question that I ask when considering a used Mac. Unless the seller can prove this has been done, WALK AWAY!!!!!
asking the question after opening your wallet was not that wise, sorry if this doesn’t come across polite but really?
It is not a discussion, just Google the phrase and you will find the Apple Advice Letter.
reinstalling Mac OS is just one small aspect, if all the steps are not executed the computer will always be associated with the previous owner!!!
I have not done it yet. They said they will reinstall the OS. Where is this discussion? What to do be before you sell, give away or donate a Maczz'
