CAN’T RECEIVE CALLS OR MAKE CALLS NO RING TONE ROBOTIC VOICE IPHONE 12 (two years Apple refuse to comply to warranty cover & consumers rights acts etc!

iOS 16.6: Unable to make calls and received calls cutting out I have iPhone 13 and my wide an iPhone 11. Both were automatically updated last night to ios 16.6. Today we started experiencing problems where the person we contacted is telling us that our phones keep cutting out. We cannot call anyone and anyone who calls us tells us we are cutting out. Texts out and in work ok. Anyone out there having similar problems? I contacted Consumer Cellular and they suggested changing to Wi-Fi calling when at home. Tried that and it did not work either.
