Yandex music app subscription issue on my iPhone

I use yandex music from 2024 to January 8 of 2025 . But after this day 8 of January i have a problem. I wrote to support team fist time to return my subscribe January purchases because app is not work and want a paid for subscribe again. Fist time they return my money. But i will try again and paid for subscribe yandex music app because they wrote to me trust paid again. But in second time was fail, they take my money but app is not work, again want to paid for subscribe. And i wrote to apple support for return my money for this app again because is not working. But support decline it. Please help me to return my money. Because i cant use this app for apple id. Is not work.
