Can't get verification code SMS in iPhone 13
I have a iphone 13 and i cant get SMS for one time codes or verification codes but receiving messages and i messages ok

What type of verification SMS are you looking for? Is this something from Apple, or something from another company, bank, or similar entity? Unless you are looking for information from Apple, SMS verification codes would have to be troubleshot through the company sending them, or your cellular carrier. The company needs to ensure they have the correct number for the SMS code to be sent to. The cellular carrier is responsible for SMS. They are the ones that control SMS on your iPhone.
