Turn off Tapback/ reactions on iMessage

Hi, I have a sister who is autistic and has many repetitive behaviors. It is important that she be able to text us and she loves her iPhone. However, she cannot stop sending hearts and hahas on each and every message and changing them back and forth. We have all had to mute notifications from her but this is not the safest option. Apple please please please make a way to turn off the Tapbacks/ text reactions on iMessage.

I have been asking this question for years. Apple, to the best of my knowledge, can’t or won’t provide a way to stop these notifications. There currently is no way to stop these notifications.

I am autistic, and the notifications from tapbacks is greatly overwhelming at times. I have to mute important threads or out my whole phone in focus mode. Please please give us a solution to mute Tapbacks or somehow summarize them or something.
