I’ve tried all the suggestions I’ve even deleted the app serval times and reloaded it several times, and all I get is a white page with a red Costco C.
it’s been happening in about a month and I think it was sometime after I loaded the latest iOS.

Contact the developer of the app.
Try again in a couple of weeks means he is hoping an update of the app comes out.
I Contacted Costco and they gave me some sort of technician and after talking to him about 25 minutes. All he could tell me was he couldn’t figure out why there’s a problem and to wait a couple weeks and try it again.
Or that there's a problem on their back end that he hopes will be sorted out.
