Every time I try to use my Apple Pay with my apple account balance for purchases it says that my account balance is unavailable for this purchase, that it is not enabled gor this Apple Pay purchase…. How do I ENABLE my APPLE ACCOUNT BALANCE so that I can use the balance for purchases through my APPLE PAY…?!?!
