When I try to use my account balance card for Apple Pay when making a in app purchase or online it get en error message saying apple account funds for not enable for in app/ online purchases. What should I do?

If you’re referring to an Apple Gift card or Apple ID account, they are limited to purchases at Apple Retail physical stores or online through Apple App Store, iTunes, Apple TV or for services such as iCloud etc.
Have you been able to resolve this issue?
No apparently I can only use it for Apple. I wasted my money
