The App Store on my iPhone 16 Pro Max is disabled

The App Store on my device shows a message saying the URL is disabled, and I can’t access it. I’ve tried restarting, checking my internet connection, updating the software, and resetting network settings, but the issue persists. Please assist.

Problem Details:

I’m facing an issue with the App Store on my device. When I try to open the app, it shows the word “Waiting” on the icon and doesn’t open at all. If I attempt to access the App Store through another method (such as direct links or search), I get a message saying “URL is disabled”, which completely prevents me from accessing the store.

Steps I’ve Tried:

1. Restarting the device:

• I restarted the device, but the issue persists.

2. Checking the internet connection:

• I confirmed that I’m connected to a stable Wi-Fi network, and other websites and apps work fine.

3. Resetting network settings:

• I reset the network settings via Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, but it didn’t resolve the issue.

4. Updating the system:

• I ensured that my device is running the latest version of iOS through Settings > General > Software Update.

5. Signing out and back into Apple ID:

• I signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in, but the problem remains.

Request:

I need assistance in resolving this issue so I can access and use the App Store normally again.

I have never heard of that message.

If you are using a VPN, disable it completely.
