Do! App is white and it does not update the list is created.

Have you tried just removing that widget and re-adding it? If so and it still won't work, and deleting the entire Do! app and reinstalling doesn't help, then as the others have suggested you'll need to contact the developer for assistance.

Apple doesn't own DO. If their widget isn't working, they themselves need to update it. Apple can't fix their widget. Contact the developers of DO.
You don't say which iPhone you have or what its iOS is. Do! Requires iOS 13.0 or later. You can contact the developer via email at contact@simplerion.com. This is listed on the app's description page.
