The update 18.2 + 18.2.1 still no fix
Does anyone have any update or info on when this issue will be fixed? I was told by advisors (a few now) it is a software problem and engineers are aware and trying to fix the problem.In the meantime,they used me as a Guinea pig I feel and got me to reset my iPad with cloud save first time , second time with no cloud save and deleting data ..now I have no back up from the first save appearing anywhere.This problem has caused so many issues from apples suggested fixes for me now ,very much so considering completely changing platforms
