Receiving messages that my iPhone 13 has several viruses

I’ve had several messages pop up on my iPhone 13 telling me that I have several viruses and/or that I have been hacked, suggesting that I use an app which is attached to the message to clean up my phone, or just a simple note notifying me of the viruses and hacking. I get them while I am surfing the Web, or when I’m simply turning on my phone.

My question is, what is the best way to rid my phone of these viruses and will it get rid of the hacker?

Also, I’m ready to get a new iphone. Will the new iphone get all of these issues transferred to it if I transfer everything from iCloud?

I am NOT a technical person, and I absolutely do not understand any of this. Can anyone help me?

You are being lied to. It's a scam intended to get you to purchase utterly useless software to fix a problem that doesn't exist.

Delete and ignore all of them. Do not respond to them in any way. That will only confirm a live contact and you will get yet more such junk.

And what app are they trying to get you to download? Is it on the App Store? And is it actually attached, or just a link?

You haven't got any viruses. These are scam messages trying to get you to go to websites which will steal your details.
