Need help keep getting text messages that my iPhone is compromises and need help with a good virus scan and removal of viruses

Your phone does not have a virus. You are receiving simple scam messages. Ignore and delete these messages.

Where can I find the malware on my iphone? My firewall shows me that I am sending messages to on.syndetimmit.shop and enfurte.com but I don't know where it comes from. I have restarted my phone and deleted all the browsers on my iphone and I have only apps from the official app Store. But still the messages are being send. How can I find out which app is sending these messages?
