These things are scams.

Read Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community for a few entertaining examples, some representative screenshots, and what to do if you should encounter one of them.

Your iPhone has not been breached, there are no viruses, there is nothing to scan, but there are plenty of worthless apps claiming the ability to do so. Just ignore the text message or whatever it is.

those are spam/phishing text, delete adn report as junk.

There are no know malware/spyware/hack/virus for a non jailbroken phone.
