When you open the phone app, if you look at the bottom of the screen, you should see Favorites, recents, Contacts, Keypad, and Voicemail. Tap on Recents, and there are two tabs by the top, All and Missed. All shows all of the calls you have made and received. Tap on the (i) to get the options you are looking for.

Keep in mind that there is no point in blocking spam calls, because spam callers (and text spammers) never use the same number twice. Thus, you will end up with thousands of blocked numbers that will never call you anyway. The main purpose of blocking is to block someone you know.
