Error "Set up Apple Cash" in iPhone 14 Plus

So I have always had apple pay and recently I went to check my wallet and the apple cash keeps saying not set up and then i go to set it up and from there it says apple cash has been set up and then i check my wallet since i got money sent to me and it keeps telling me that it’s not set up when i did it. I restarted and shut off my phone
