TikTok is on but CapCut is off I just do not understand but Mr.beast if you see pls try to do something. If someone see this please pray that CapCut will come back

Why is capcut banned when it's not going to kill us? And why is TikTok not banned anymore but CapCut and lemon8 are still banned? Why? Me and my friends are screen addicted and we use CapCut as TikTok bc our parents won’t let us have TikTok. Please respond apple!
