Hello echo, if your iPhone is stuck in a boot loop, it’s likely due to issues during iOS download or installation, or insufficient storage. Here’s what you can try:
- Use iTunes to Update or Restore Your iPhone
- Put your iPhone into recovery mode(For iPhone 15):
- Connect your iPhone to a computer and open iTunes.
- Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.
- Quickly press and release the Volume Down button.
- Press and hold the Side Button until the recovery mode screen appears.
2. iTunes will detect your device in recovery mode and prompt you with options.
- Select "Update" to reinstall iOS without erasing data.
- If "Update" doesn’t work, choose "Restore". Note: Restore will erase all data on your device.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes - Apple Support (HK)
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings using a computer - Apple Support (HK)
I’ve tried ReiBoot before, and it worked when my iPhone was stuck on the Apple logo. However, I recommend trying iTunes first or contacting Apple Support for assistance.
