Every time I try turning them both on the icon will light up its color and act like there turning on but then when I scroll out it won’t work anymore and it also won’t be on and/or come on. I tried we starting my phone so many times but I haven’t seen anyone with same issue. It’s actually making me lose my mind I just wanna use my headphones guys 😢😢😢

If the problem is both BT and Wi-Fi your phone has a hardware problem.
Should I go to the Apple Store with it? Or do u think it might be permanent? Sorry 😢
