Recent Calls Issue with Multiple SIMs on iPhone 12

So I have 2 Sims, one French (main SIM) and one e-SIM (Greece), until now i had no issues, but lately contacts that call me on my greek number even if i have them registered on my contact list show as a number on my recent calls, after some digging around on my phone I found out that if I change my default number to my Greek one on the “Telephone Settings”, it shows them as the registered contacts, and if I change back to my French number as a default Telephone Number then on my recent calls it shows as numbers and not my registered contacts. Which is really annoying as if i miss a call i do not know who called me.

Any fix on that?

I am on iOS 18.2.1 on iPhone 12.
