I cannot get the ECG app to take a reading. Sometimes it starts and gets all the way down to a few seconds left, then restarts at 30 seconds. I have tried restarting twice and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your response. It did not work. I unpaired and set it up again, and it is doing the same thing again. What are my options, if any?
