ECG stopped working. I’ve tried all the recommended fixes, but nothing. Restart, clean thoroughly, remove app and add back. Use to work well. But now nothing.

If erasing the watch and setting it up as a new device when pairing it again, does not bring back the ECG feature, then your will have to get the watch diagnosed or serviced by Apple.
