Apple Watch SE not working with ECG and blood oxygen

My Apple Watch se is not working with blood oxygen and ecg and its driving me crazy! I have to understand why and if i can fix it!

Apple Watch Ultra 2 workout and health not working Tried to measure my heart beat and whilst the app loads, it doesn't take a measurement. Switched to the ECG app (I know it's different) and wouldn't even load. Switched to the Workout app and it won't load. I have checked the settings on the watch app on the phone and they are fine. Looked at the settings on the watch and Health, Activity and Blood Oxygen won't load.
