The ECG on my Apple Watch 6 is not working

I have been able to take an ECG on my apple watch 6, but lately it is not working. The heart just keeps moving and nothing happens. All the updates are current. SAny advice?

I have cleaned the watch, turned it off and nothing has helped

On your Apple Watch - Try and Force ReStart your Apple Watch as indicated below:

Hold down the side button and Digital Crown at the same time. The Digital Crown is the rotating button located on the side of the device.
Keep holding these two buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

If that does not help, then contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your Apple Watch examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
