The CapCut app is owned by ByteDance Ltd., which is currently facing a ban in the US. We do not know when it will return for download.

While the enforcement of the ban has been delayed, the law that imposes fines for major tech companies like Apple has not. Meaning they could still face ruinous fines for bringing the app back for download on their App Stores.
