How can I redownload TikTok on my iPhone?

It is banned. The President signed an executive order delaying enforcement of the law for 75 days to give ByteDance more time to find a buyer, but that does not mean it is once again legal.

You can access it in a web browser if you like, but that's it for now. Apple and Google have both removed it from their apps stores and I would not expect it to return unless ByteDance divests itself of TikTok as required by law.

You don’t. TikTok is still currently facing a ban in the US, and we don’t know when it will be available for download again.

If you live in the U.S., you can't.

TikTok is legally banned, and Apple is complying with the law by keeping the TikTok app out of the U.S. App Store.

I don't know where you heard that.

TikTok is banned in the U.S. Trump signed an Executive Order directing the U.S. Justice Department to delay enforcing the ban, but it is not clear that he has authority to do even that. Whether the Justice Department is currently enforcing the law or not, the law and the ban remain in force.

There might be U.S.-based Web hosting services that are helping TikTok offer service to U.S. residents. If so, these services would be breaking the law and exposing themselves to bankruptcy-level liability.

Neither Apple nor Google seem inclined to follow like lemmings over that cliff.

But it’s not banned. That’s the issue here why is it that it’s not banned and still unavailable for download?

I have it on my computer and I can still pull it up on safari but when I hit open it says no available in my country
