My iphone was pickpocketed, i got some text and I clicked on that now it says your iPhone would be removed by feb 20 is there any way to reverse that removal

That message was from the crook. They're trying to get you to release the phone so they can erase it as new.
You can remotely erase it if you want, but never, ever release it from Find My, or from your account. If you do, the crook with then have a free phone.

If you still can, yes. It sounds like you're not going to be able to do that, though. You seem to have been conned into responding to a phishing message and providing the credentials to allow them to remove the activation lock from your phone.
