Changing App Store region with active Indonesian subscriptions

I'm dealing with an incredibly frustrating situation. My App Store region is set to Indonesia because I lived there as a digital nomad and purchased my device there. My Indonesian bank has closed my account, which means my App Store payments are now "broken." As a result, I can't even download free apps.

I need to change my region since the Indonesian App Store doesn't support payment methods from other countries. However, Apple won't let me do this because I have active subscriptions. Some of these subscriptions are paid annually, and I can't cancel them. Apple Support suggested creating a new Apple ID, but this feels like a workaround and isn't even possible since I can't have two different Apple IDs linked to the same phone number.

What are my options here? Should I switch to Android until my subscriptions expire? (plz no) 😅
