How do I clear my Apple Account balance to change region/country?
Hello,I need to have my balance to 0$. I have it on 0.40$ on app store.Please reset it to 0$.So i can change my region.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
