No one here banned Tik Tok. We are all just users like you. The US Congress, considering there to be a national security issue, passed a law requiring the Chinese owners of Tik Tok to sell it or shut it down in the US. Unless and until that law is changed, Apple cannot allow the Tik Tok app in the App Store or potentially face huge fines. For now, though, you can still get to Tik Tok via their website.
Edit: If Tik Tok has banned you, that's not an Apple issue. You will need to take that up with Tik Tok.
