Is CapCut coming back?

Some of the people I know are saying CapCut is back, and are able to use it. But when I try to redownload it, it’s says I may not use it because it is no long in the App Store. Will we be able to use CapCut again? It was my main editing app for content and other things.

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18

Yeah. I accidentally deleted CapCut off of my phone and went back to the app store and couldn’t find it. CapCut is a good app for my edits that I used for a LOT of videos. CapCut needs to be back. Why are they saying that “…They need to protect Americans….” Blah blah blah blah. I understand that CapCut is owned by a other Country. (or something) But people are complaining that CapCut needs to be redownloaded on the App store. People are trying to find it again and cannot find it. We need CapCut because in my opinion, it is the #1 editing app for your videos , shorts, etc.

The penalty for distributing apps for banned vendors is “ruinous”, to quote a US Senator.

That penalty can be $5,000 per person involved.

Want that app back? Make your preferences known to your legislative representatives and get the law changed, as mentioned above. Or convince the vendor to divest; to comply with PAFACA.
