Some of the people I know are saying CapCut is back, and are able to use it. But when I try to redownload it, it’s says I may not use it because it is no long in the App Store. Will we be able to use CapCut again? It was my main editing app for content and other things.

It is very much illegal to distribute ByteDance apps, including CapCut.
