How can I recover data after an iPhone restore?

hello.so last night I was trying be on my phone and then it restarted and then it’s was saying restore from iCloud but it had turned black and then I try to reset it but it was frozen on the Apple logo and this morning when I woke up my phone was like to my old stuff that I had around 2020-2022 and I had seen my old games that I downloaded and everything was gone ,my photos too and my stuff that I had yesterday and I noticed why my stuff was to my own stuff bc of the wallpaper and this year I had a pink cat and I had small apps like a bit and then I can’t go to my accounts anymore bc somehow it had deleted everything. That I had in 2024 and 2025 and idk what had happened and I’m trying see what’s wrong with it. Help me please and ty
