No startup options in an erased Mac

Hi everyone, I've erased the 2015 27" intel Imac via icloud. Afterwards, when I start this computer with a bootable USB disk with Mavericks installed by holding options key, a startup options screen does not appear as before. It directly asks for a wifi connection. So I enter the wifi credentials and go on to the rescue mode to install online. It installs Catalina automatically without any problem. And at the end of the installation it reboots the computer normally. But at this point it does not continue with the newly installed system. It again asks for wifi connection and continues to rescue screen. I couldn't be able to break this loop or managed to get the startup options screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you inadvance.

Hi Matti, thank you for your quick reply. I've tried PRAM before writing here. But it was not done right now I understand. I was using bluetooth pc keyboard. I than thought it might be the bluetooth keyboard that was causing the problem. So I connected a wired usb keyboard. This solved the problem and I could do the PRAM. And startup options appeared after that. Many thanks for your kindest help.
