App subscription refund for unauthorized card usage

Is it possible to get the money back for subscribing to the app if I didn’t pay for it and my card was linked to someone else’s phone without my knowledge?

The linking of cards to other iPhones (Wallets) is controlled by the bank that issued the card. The issuing bank is also responsible for authorizing payments (card purchases), so if your card was used fraudulently, you’ll need to contact your banks fraud department. They will also need a police report, in most cases. If your bank or the payment network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) offer fraud protection you can request a refund through their support team.
