Your card has been compromised. The scammer added the card to their Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID) and it passed your banks authorization. The scammer then proceeded to use the card to purchase service from Apple.

Please report your card to the bank that issued the card. Use the phone number on the back of the card and report it to their fraud department.

This did not involve your Apple Wallet or Apple Pay. Two separate services/products.
