Can't access nor download iCloud files - NSFileProviderInternalErrorDomain Error 12

I'm in panic mode right now : I can't download iCloud files from my File app on iPhone.

I see the files in "Recent" tab and when I click the download icon, I get an error message.

I can't open iCloud Drive, it shows "Loading" and then black screen.

Any ideas??

The operation couldn't be completed. (NSFileProvider-ErrorDomain error -2005.) This error message keeps appearing when trying to reinstall a file on iCloud to my phone. I can’t seem to find what this code means anywhere?

ICLOUD "syncing has been disabled due to an error" message I get the message (ICLOUD) "syncing has been disabled due to an error" when trying to open a file. Trying to open certain files I get the message "The operation couldn’t be completed. No space left on device". In terms of storage I have 48Gb out of 494Gb on HD. Any ideas?
