I just purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Amazon, but im
not sure if it’s real and I can’t find any solid ways to find out if it’s real
or not, it seems they use S/N of real watches and can’t even be distinguished by apple employees, is there any new ways anyone has figured out to check the authenticity?

The ultimate test is to try and set it up with your iPhone. If the Watch app on the iPhone can't recognize and set up the watch, then it's either defective or a fake. If the price seemed too good to be true, it's probably one or the other.
